Checking in!

I find myself getting mad as I go from blog to blog for new updates and no one is updating and then I end up back at mine and notice that I am one of those people! It has been awhile since I have posted something and yet today I still have nothing really to blog about. My kids are busy with school projects and I am ready for school to be out. We were able to take the boat out on Saturday and had a great time at the lake. We are looking forward to our trip to Bass lake at the end of May. I am sure I will have something really great to blog about here pretty soon. Until then just keep checking!

Pine wood derby

Kauner made his car this year with his dad. He told Michael he wanted a car like the camero in Transformers. I think they really did a good job. Kauner ended up winning 4th over all. It was a lot of fun.

Updating!

Ok, so Sunni was talking to me the other day and told me I really needed to update my blog, I told here I really didn't have anything new and exciting and she laughed at me. I did have Kauners pine wood derby where he took 4th place but it is on video and I haven't been able to master that yet.
So I have been trying to think about what to write about that you all would find interesting and really there isn't much. I do have to say that the past few weeks I feel as though they are the same day repeating over and over. Let me explain. Every morning I get up and pray that Charley is going to be in a good mood. The very first sign of her will tell me how my day is going to go. Well the past few weeks have been hell. she is a total nightmare. I don't know what the deal is but all day long all I hear is screaming and crying. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I have sent her to her room and she still continues to throw her tantrums. I am at a lost with what to do with her. I try to talk to her, I try to hold her, I even try to just ignore her, and nothing works. She is screaming right now as I type. I keep hoping that a new day will come and she will finally be a child I would love to have around but every day becomes the same as the day before. HELP ME!!!! I am going to go crazy. Michael comes home and wonders why I am in such a bad mood. Does he really have to ask! Spend a day with Charley and you will counting the minutes until she goes to sleep. Any advise would be lovely. I am open to try anything with her at this point.

Sariah's cute name board

Shanti asked if I would make a name board for Sariah like the one I made Sammi. It took me awhile to get it done and I am sorry about that but it turned out so cute I had to post it on the blog.

My sweet Husband

I just had to brag alittle about my sweet husband. Easter weekend Michael told me he wanted to buy me a dress for Easter so we went out on a date to find a dress. We were at kohls and I saw this dress in a picture up on the wall and told Michael I wanted that one so we started searching. Michael found it and as my luck goes they didn't have my size. I was so sad. We walked all around looking trying to see if maybe there was another one misplaced but no luck. So I settled on getting a skirt I liked. So Last Thursday I had a hair appointment and when I came out to get in my car on the front seat was a box. On the top was a little note from Michael and when I opened it up there was the dress I wanted. He had gone out to the other Kohls and they had my size. Is he amazing or what! I am sure he is going to kill me when he reads this.
