Happy birthday Kauner

Well 9 years ago today I was in labor at the Salt Lake hospital waiting for Michael to get there so that this sweet little boy could arrive. He has been such a blessing since day one. Kauner is so tender hearted and is always making sure everyone else is happy. He also is such a great example to me. Happy birthday Kauner!!! We love you.

Today for Kauners birthday we went and had a softball game with all the guys!!!! They had a great time. I was so happy to see all the family support Kauner on his special day!

I've been tagged

Ok so my cute friend from Arizona found my blog about a month ago and it has been a lot of fun catching up on what has been going on in each of our lives. I checked into her site last night and saw that she tagged me so I thought I would take a moment to answer the questions! Hope everyone enjoys.
First is: Paying jobs I have had since high school.
1. I graduated from high school and started working right away at Baskin Robbins. I really did love that job.
2. I started life guarding my sophmore year in high school and after I graduated I continued so I thought I would add that.
3. I moved away to live in St. George and worked at a daycare center until they were shut down by the state for not paying taxes.
4. Moved home and life guarded again until moving to Rexburg Idaho and working at a Hogie Yogie as a shift manager!!! Thats right I was in management.
5. Moved home after a year there and worked for my dad until getting a job at Hallmark.
6. Finally got married at 21 and moved to Utah where I got a job at Victoria's Secret in the lotion department. Loved that job also. They gave great deals to employees.
7. After a year there I had baby #1 and have been doing that job ever since.
Second is: 6 random things about my life
1. I have a route 44oz of Dr. Pepper everyday
2. I am addicted to Target and have to at least walk into one once a week even if I don't buy anything.
3. My sister in law and I have a sticker business and have been having a lot of fun making signs and such.
4. I love when my husband sits next to me on the couch and rubs my feet.
5. My favorite family vacation is when we head up to bass lake for a week with no worries and just ski and relax.
6. Nothing makes me happier then Christmas time with my family!
now that I have answered the questions I guess I will tag: Courtney, Shanti, and Stephanie

Hello once again. This blog is for my family members. Last week I posted a blog about the update on the gift exchange. Sorry if I sounded rude I didn't mean for it to sound that way. I just thought it would be better if we forgot about the list I had posted and talk about it at Thanksgiving time. Sorry if I offended anyone. see you all next week.

Haydens football

Hayden is now old enough to play flag football through the school. He was pretty excited when he found out that his dad was going to be the coach. Michael has been having good time working with these little boys but it is a challenge. They are in first and second grade so they really don't know much.

I am not able to get very close but Hayden is the one with his hands up in the air.

Michael getting ready for his big game.

Michael has new eyes!

On Friday morning Michael had surgery on his eyes. He had no problems what so ever during surgery and said that it was alittle scary. He is seeing great and was already 20/25 the day after! I am excited for him to not have to wear glasses any more. I took this picture because I thought he looked so funny in the glasses he has to sleep in for a few nights!

Ellie's latest pictures

I never really have had a chance to really enjoy my camera so the other day I dressed Ellie up and we went into the back yard and I had a great time having her pose for pictures. I was really happy when they turned out.

Halloween

Ellie was so happy to wear her costume. She wanted to sleep in it.

Charlie was a butterfly like Ellie but I couldn't get her to wear the wings. I do love this picture of her looking at the pumpkin.

Taylor was a muskateer girl. Her costume was a lot of fun to make although I had to add a few inches on the bottom so it was soooo short.

Here are the boys of star wars. Hayden was Darthmaul and Kauner was a jawwa. Haydens makeup took me forever to paint on. He was a good sport.

Grandma's photoshoot

I have been trying to download pictures from my moms photoshoot on Halloween but my computer is not letting me so here is the only 2 shots I was able to upload so far!

Ellie's Halloween parade

Ellie's little pre-school had a Halloween party on Tuesday and so Ellie was able to wear her costume early. She was very excited about that. She was flapping her wings as she walked around in the parade.

Our october pet

The weekend that Michael went to Miami I was helping him pack and notice a spider climbing along the ceiling. Later that night I saw him again crawl into the vent and so I thought for sure he was gone. I was wrong. He came back and so the kids and I watched him for awhile. The kids named him Bob and asked that I not kill him. I figured that since he was just on the ceiling and seemed to never come down that would be fine. Almost two weeks had gone by and everyday the kids checked on our pet spider. Two nights ago Michael and I were getting ready for bed and as Michael walked out of the bathroom he noticed something on the florr. It was our pet Bob. I poked him to see if he was alive and he crawled away from me but the next day I found him dead on the floor. Poor Bob has left us. I have never been good with pets. Even ones I don't have to feed.
