The In-Laws return home

After 18 long months away from all of us here in the United States Grandma and Grandpa Urmston have come home from their mission in Australia. It was so fun to go out to the airport and wait for their plan to arrive. Little Charley wasn't too sure in the beginning who they were but after awhile she warmed up to them. We are happy to have them home and look forward to spending lots and lots of time with them!

First swim meet

This summer we once again signed our kids up along with half of the other Urmstons in town to swim on the swim team. They have done it the past two years and really like it. I also talked my sister into putting her kids on the team last summer and they have joined us again this year. It is so fun to go and watch them swim against other pools and to see how much better they get in every meet.
Last night was the first meet and the kids were really nervous. I think Taylor spent most of her warm up time in the bathroom thinking she was going to throw up. Once the meet started there was no more fear. They all swam very well and their team won the meet. I think we are going to have a really good team this summer and who knows maybe we can win the big city meet again.
I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted but next time I will bring my good camera and try to do better.

The last few days of school!

Ellie has graduated to the first grade. This is the greatest kindergarten teacher ever, Mrs. Teves. We have been able to have her for each one of our children. I am hoping she will still be teaching in two years for little Charley.

They had this bumper circles that the kids did races in. It was fun to watch them run around in them.

Just a couple of Ellie's little friends.

Taylor did very well this year in school. Michael and I were able to go to her awards assembly and see her receive her Norris letter, Honor roll 4.0 all year and student of the year in her english class. We are very proud of her.

Charley's last day of school party. This is her best friend Alexander!
She is so happy to be done with school!
